We have just got back from Panan and had a lovely stay. Pool is lovely and big, also has a rooftop one which we only knew about on the second day as it wasn’t mentioned at check in (this would be beneficial). The sunloungers are comfy however would be great to be adjustable as only a few adjustable ones in the pool. Food at buffet very good, loads to pick from. One morning was very hectic and the coffee machine broke but think this was due to a corporate event/meeting which was being hosted - it did leave a bit of a weird non holiday feel that morning. Room was great, spacious and we had a whirlpool which was nice in the afternoon. We did have a few issues with the air con not working however one was due to a krabi power cut and then after that maintenance was sent very quickly. It was my birthday while we stayed and the bed was decorated and a cake sent which was a nice touch. Overall the hotel is lovely, I did feel it’s slightly more suited to families rather than couples (mainly only compared to another resort we stayed in) so I don’t think we would return however we would recommend.

This resort really ticks all the boxes ! Lovely spacious rooms & comfy big beds. The swimming pools and area is well designed & so relaxing. Lots of shaded areas aswell as full sun areas. The sun lounges are very comfy and plush thick clean towels. The buffet breakfast was exceptional !!! greeted each day by Ice with a beautiful smile aswell as the ManagerTha who was a nice funny man. There was so much fresh yummy food to choose from, and coffee was great. Positioned well & a short stroll down to the beach and tickets to jump on long tail boats. We hv travelled many times to Krabi and will definitely return to this resort.

Reasonable affordable price with super comfy room! The view is beautiful plus love the facilities…all the staffs are so nice!! Gonna sure go back to panan krabi soon!! I booked the cliff view room, wanted to book the room with the private whirpool but sold out.. so surely gonna go back and book the room i wanted…
